Steve PierceCelebrity Dancer
Steve M Pierce is a native Arizonan, born in 1950. He was raised through 7th grade in Phoenix and Scottsdale, then moved to Prescott in 1963. He graduated from Prescott High School, followed by the University of Arizona in 1972, with a BS in Animal Science. Upon moving back to Prescott in 1973, Steve met his wife Joan. They married just six months later, and 44 years later she is still putting up with him. Together they raised their 4 children on the Las Vegas Ranch, and are still raising cattle, hay and horses there. Steve has three sons, a daughter and now 6 grandchildren. Steve was active in youth sports, various city and community activities and ranching industry groups including AZ Cattle Growers, National Cattlemens Beef Board and the US Meat Export Federation. Steve has been active in politics most of his life. He served as county chairman for Yavapai Republicans and on the State executive committee. He was elected to the AZ Senate in 2008 from LD1, representing Prescott and Yavapai County. Steve served 8 years in the Senate in leadership, committee chairman, whip, and President of the Arizona Senate. Today, he travels with his wife to Phoenix, as they help with their grandchildren, all while maintaining his work at the ranch.
Sara MuchnijProfessional Dancer
Sara Muchnij has been dancing since the age of 3, with 13 of those years being at Dynamic Motion Dance Academy. She takes Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical and Contemporary. She has also been trained in Modern, Ballroom, Musical Theater, Acrobatics and Pointe. Sara was on the DMDA Competition Team for about 10 years and is now choreographing for the team. Sara attended Boulder Creek High School where she was a member of the Performance Team, was the Vice President and President of the after school dance club NHSDA, voted best dancer in her High School superlatives and choreographed the Mr. BC Pageant. During her High School years Sara choreographed many dances for different levels of students. She has performed in many shows including the 13th Floor Haunted House, the I.D.E.A. Dance Fashion Show and many more. Sara loves to teach and work with students to help them find a love for dance while growing to better themselves.
